Irish YouTube strategist from County Carlow who consults for creators and brands and runs a paid, application-only 8-week YouTube Accelerator group coaching program.
Paddy Galloway is a YouTube strategist from County Carlow, Ireland. The Irish Times reported his age as 27 in August 2023 and as 28 in October 2024, and said in the latter article that he had moved to Austin, Texas. According to the August 2023 Irish Times profile, he posted his first YouTube video in 2007, turned down a job offer from a large Dublin technology company in January 2020 to work on YouTube full time, and at that point had a team of three. Clients named in that profile and in interviews include MrBeast, Red Bull, Jesser, Noah Kagan and Rebecca Zamolo; the October 2024 Irish Times article also names Ryan Trahan.
The October 2024 Irish Times article identifies Creator Growth Ltd as his company. The Irish company register summary on SoloCheck lists Creator Growth Limited (company number 695577) as incorporated on May 14, 2021, with an address in County Carlow; the director names are behind a paid report and were not checked. The terms on his accelerator sales page name Outlier Agency LLC.
He publishes on YouTube (@paddygalloway8780, 531K subscribers and 33 videos as read on September 14, 2026) with creator breakdowns and channel-growth tutorials, and on X as @PaddyG96. The channel also links to Instagram, a consulting booking page on Calendly and a TubeBuddy affiliate link. He has appeared as a guest on podcasts including Creator Science with Jay Clouse (September 2024) and Colin and Samir.
His website lays out three tiers: a free newsletter for creators under 1,000 subscribers, the 8 Week YouTube Accelerator for monetized creators, and consulting for channels over one million subscribers and for brands. The Accelerator is described as invite-only live group coaching: eight weeks with weekly workshops, group coaching calls and mastermind sessions, feedback on videos and thumbnails, a Circle community, and lifetime access to recordings. Applicants fill in a short form and, according to the page, need an active channel with more than 1,000 subscribers. The price is not published on the sales pages; the page only says the program requires a significant investment. The refund terms offer a 100% refund within 90 days to participants who attend at least 80% of live sessions and complete the assignments. Cohorts have run several times a year; in June 2025 he announced a July cohort on X. Consulting has no public price either: the August 2023 Irish Times profile reported an hourly rate above $1,000 and client fees in the $50,000 to $100,000 range.
His own site says his clients generate 700 million views a month, and the accelerator page claims more than 10 billion views on videos he worked on and more than $100M in revenue generated for clients. These figures come from his own promotional material, and no independent source was found that verifies them. No FTC action was found under his name (ftc.gov searched on September 14, 2026). A review of Irish Times coverage (2023 and 2024), the Creator Science and Colin and Samir episodes did not turn up any reported legal or regulatory case involving him. The Accelerator price, his exact date of birth and the owners of Outlier Agency LLC could not be confirmed from public sources.
