Andy Elliott is an American sales trainer and the CEO of The Elliott Group, a company that sells sales, leadership and mindset training. He started out in car sales; according to an August 2024 profile in the automotive industry newsletter Dealership Guy, he earned between $700,000 and $800,000 a year as a salesperson and became a dealership general manager around 2011. The same profile says he founded The Elliott Group with his wife Jacqueline in 2019, using the proceeds from selling their house. The company's website lists its address in Fountain Hills, Arizona, and also uses the Elliott247 brand. His age and year of birth were not found in any public source reviewed.
He publishes on the YouTube channel @AndyElliottOfficial, which showed 1.05 million subscribers when read on September 14, 2026, and on TikTok as @officialandyelliott, with 758,400 followers on the same date. He also hosts the podcast "Andy Elliott's Elite Mindset Motivation and Sales Training" on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Much of the material is aimed at car dealership staff, although the company also markets it to salespeople in general.
The company's online training page lists more than a dozen courses, among them Zero to 100K, 100K to 400K, Master Phone Training, Advanced Overcoming Objections, First Pencil Closing, Elite Pro Finance Training and 21st Century Elite RV Training, plus the memberships Elite Coaching Mastermind, Project 500 and Andy Elliott's Inner Circle. Most of these pages do not show a price. The ones that do: the Zero to 100K sales page lists $599, reduced to $299; the ETA+ membership costs $99 a month (Pro) or $299 a month (Premium), with the first month at half price; and a Skool community called Sales & Leadership Academy, run on behalf of Andy Elliott and The Elliott Group, charges $97 a month and advertises weekly live coaching calls. The Elite Coaching Mastermind page does not publish a price and directs visitors to a special offer or a phone call. The company also sells live events in Scottsdale, one-on-one coaching and in-dealership training, and gives away a printed Sales Warrior Playbook for the cost of shipping.
The Dealership Guy profile repeats the company's figures of more than 10,000 client companies and more than 500,000 trained salespeople; no independent source confirming these figures was found.
Before founding his company, Elliott worked at the Big Red dealerships in Norman, Oklahoma. In November 2021 a federal jury in the Western District of Oklahoma convicted the group's owner, Bobby Chris Mayes, and executives Charles Gooch and Courtney Wells of federal conspiracy, forgery and related charges over false down payment and trade-in information sent to lenders (United States v. Mayes, 5:20-cr-00240); Mayes was sentenced in November 2023 to nearly 11 years in prison. Court filings in that case show that Elliott testified for the prosecution after being granted immunity: a trial transcript excerpt quoted in an August 2025 government filing records defense questioning about the immunity offer, and the government's filings describe how the defense cross-examined him at length and called a series of witnesses to challenge his credibility. In a post-conviction motion filed in November 2024, Mayes argued that his trial lawyers failed to use handwritten notes by Elliott and a reference in his testimony to a "handwritten letter"; the government disputed this, and the court ordered an evidentiary hearing in October 2025. The docket shows hearings in March 2026 and an order and judgment on that motion dated March 27, 2026, whose content could not be read for this profile. In the Dealership Guy profile, Elliott describes the 2015 FBI investigation of the store, says he chose to tell the truth to the authorities, and says he avoided jail time and a felony conviction. The sources reviewed do not record any charges against him in that case.
No FTC action under his name or The Elliott Group's was found in searches of ftc.gov, and no Arizona Attorney General action was found in searches of azag.gov, both carried out on September 14, 2026. Mentor Explorer did not find independent press reviews of his courses. Not confirmed: his age, the legal entity names of his companies in the Arizona business registry, and the prices of the programs sold through a call or special offer.
