Brandon Dawson is an American entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Cardone Ventures, a company that sells training, events and consulting to owners of small and mid-sized businesses. He founded it in 2019 with Grant Cardone and Natalie Dawson. His website lists offices in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Miami, Florida. The annual report of Moveix Inc. for fiscal year 2024, filed with the SEC, gives his age as 56 and lists him as that company's CEO and director; according to the same filing, Cardone Ventures is its controlling shareholder.
Before Cardone Ventures he built two companies in the hearing care industry. According to the same SEC filing, he founded Sonus Corporation in 1996 and took it to the American Stock Exchange in 1998. Entrepreneur reported in March 2020 that he was removed as CEO of Sonus by its private equity backers. He founded Audigy Group in 2004; Entrepreneur reported that it grew to 650 independent practices and was sold in 2016 for about $151 million, a figure Dawson also cites on his own website along with a 77x EBITDA multiple.
He publishes on YouTube (@BrandonDawsonOfficial, about 422,000 subscribers) and Instagram (@brandonmdawson, about 1 million followers), both read on September 14, 2026, and hosts the podcast Building Billions with Brandon Dawson. His book Nine-Figure Mindset is published by Forefront Books.
What he sells is offered through Cardone Ventures. The company store lists The Response Mentor Program, six weeks of weekly coaching calls with Dawson and the Cardone Ventures leadership team, at $995 (shown as reduced from $4,995), and a digital Business Mastery Leadership Program of videos and activities at $179,998. The 10X360 event, a two-day in-person workshop in Scottsdale or Aventura built around what the company calls 75 elements of scaling, is listed at $40,000 on a Cardone Ventures store page whose listed dates all appeared sold out or unavailable. His website also promotes the 10X Your Business, Elite Edge, Leadership Essentials and People Essentials events without a public price. Claims such as helping more than 10,500 businesses, having over $1 billion in companies under management, or clients seeing revenue increases of 30 to 50 percent come from his own promotional material and have no independent source.
On reputation: InsuranceNewsNet reported on April 22, 2025, that Gary Brecka, co-founder of 10X Health System, had sued Cardone Ventures and Dawson in Florida state court, alleging efforts to take over 10X Health and push him out. A Miami-Dade circuit judge dismissed some counts against Dawson and Cardone Ventures and allowed other breach of contract claims to proceed, while a related federal case between Grant Cardone and Brecka was settled on undisclosed terms. Neither side answered the outlet's request for comment, and no final outcome of the state case was located. A search of ftc.gov and sec.gov on September 14, 2026, found no enforcement action under his name or Cardone Ventures; the securities class action involving Cardone Capital concerns Grant Cardone's real estate funds, a separate company. Profiles on Forbes Business Council (a paid membership) and syndicated interviews were not counted as independent coverage.
Not confirmed: the price of 10X Your Business and the other events on his website, whether the 10X360 price is current, and the book's list price.
