Chad Aleo is an American sales trainer and author who co-founded High Ticket Sales Academy (HTSA) with Christian Cherniawski in 2024, according to the academy's About page. The company lists a mailing address in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in its fulfillment policy. According to his public author biography, he graduated from Central Michigan University in 2014 with a degree in entrepreneurship and a minor in professional sales. His year of birth has not been published in any source reviewed.
According to the HTSA About page, his career started in door-to-door sales of K-12 educational books between 2011 and 2014, where the academy says he earned more than $50,000 in commissions in one 12-week summer internship and was named the top rep in Michigan. The same page says he then built an insurance agency and, in 2017, moved into remote high-ticket sales as the eighth employee of an emerging company, reporting four years above $2 million and seven years above $1 million in personal sales. On the Self-Publishing School podcast (episode 212, June 7, 2023) he was introduced as a publishing consultant for that company, with more than 5,000 consultation calls with aspiring authors over five years and over $2 million in sales the previous year. These figures come from his own company and from an employer's podcast; no independent source confirms them.
He publishes on Instagram as @chadaleo, which Instagram displayed with 14K followers on September 14, 2026, and on the YouTube channel "Chad Aleo I High Ticket Sales Academy", which showed 597 subscribers and 253 videos on the same date. He has also appeared as a guest on podcasts such as The Nathan Newberry Show (episode 50, January 9, 2025) and Business Growth Spotlight.
HTSA's main offer is a training program for aspiring and working sales reps. Its program page describes more than 50 modules on discovery, closing and sales psychology, group coaching and one-on-one support, a private community, certification, and introductions to partner companies hiring remote closers, with lifetime access. The academy also sells staff recruitment and training to companies. The price is not published: the site asks prospective students to fill in an application that asks about current income and ability to invest, followed by a conversation with a specialist, and an August 2026 comparison article on the academy's own blog lists its price as "contact HTSA". The fulfillment policy allows a refund request within three days of purchase and prorated refunds for partially delivered services. Earnings references on the site, such as beginners with the potential to earn six figures in their first year, are the academy's own marketing claims.
He is the author of The Book on High Ticket Sales, sold on Amazon in print and on Audible as an audiobook, and the academy distributes a PDF version as a lead magnet. The Self-Publishing School episode also credits him as co-author of Breaking the Charts.
On reputation, no press coverage by an independent outlet about him or HTSA was located in this research. A search of ftc.gov and michigan.gov for "Chad Aleo" and "High Ticket Sales Academy" on September 14, 2026 returned no enforcement action under either name. The Michigan corporate registry entry for the company could not be read, so its exact legal form and registration date are unconfirmed.
