His companies are grouped under The Davie Group, which includes The Oodie, the pet brand Pupnaps and the coaching business Daily Mentor. The dailymentor.co site does not show a price and asks applicants to book a "Welcome Call"; it lists 1-on-1 mentor calls, a Slack channel, a video and SOP library, weekly masterminds, an analytics tool called DigiMentor and in-person events. Its terms of service name Daily Mentoring Pty Ltd as the operator and state that digital sales are final unless otherwise stated. Forbes Australia reported that Daily Mentor coached about 300 brands with over $1M in revenue in 2024. For beginners, Millionaires.com offers a free ecommerce and dropshipping course, available by building a store through the site, and a "direct course access" option listed at $79 (the page does not state the currency). The same free course is hosted on Skool as "Davie's Free Ecom Course" (73.4K members at the time of reading). Student results and member counts on these pages are his own marketing claims, with no independent source.
On reputation: in July 2024 the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) announced that Davie Clothing Pty Ltd, supplier of The Oodie, paid $101,280 in penalties under six infringement notices for missing fire danger warning labels on the Kids Beach Oodie, and the product was voluntarily recalled. This concerns the apparel business, not his training programs. No FTC action was found under the names Fogarty or Daily Mentor, searched on ftc.gov on September 13, 2026. Mentor Explorer did not locate independent press coverage evaluating Daily Mentor or the Millionaires.com course. His exact date of birth, Instagram follower count and the owner entity of Millionaires.com could not be confirmed.
