My Amazon Guy is the Atlanta-based Amazon agency and YouTube channel of Steven Pope, who also sells the Success Academy course, MAG School courses, an SOP library and paid coaching calls.
My Amazon Guy is the brand of Steven Pope, an American Amazon marketplace consultant based in Atlanta, Georgia. According to his personal website, he was born in Medford, Oregon, and holds a BS in Communications and an MBA from Weber State University; no year of birth is published. In an interview on The Proven Entrepreneur podcast, he said he worked as a television reporter in Idaho and Wisconsin and later held SEO and ecommerce roles at companies including StraighterLine and APMEX. By his own account, he started My Amazon Guy in 2018, within 48 hours of being laid off from a lighting company, after a LinkedIn post that brought in his first client.
My Amazon Guy is primarily a service agency: its website lists full-service account management, PPC, SEO, listing design, account reinstatement, Vendor Central and Walmart services. The company's own author page says it launched MAG School in 2022, that it made the Inc. 5000 list and that it is a $20 million company that has created more than 500 jobs; related brands named there are My Walmart Guy and My Refund Guy. These figures come from the company itself and have not been checked against an independent source.
The YouTube channel My Amazon Guy had 62.2K subscribers and more than 3,200 videos when read on September 16, 2026. The brand also runs a podcast of the same name on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, and accounts on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn linked from its website.
Alongside the agency, the brand sells training. The Success Academy is a self-paced video course in seven modules, from product sourcing and launch to PPC, inventory and scaling, with lifetime access; its sales page showed a promotional price of $2,000 against a listed $2,500, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. MAG School (mag-school.com, hosted on LearnWorlds) sells a "Foundations of Amazon" five-course bundle; the price was not displayed on the public pages. The Amazon SOP Library, described as more than 560 step-by-step procedures used by the agency, carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, but its price is not shown without starting checkout. The coaching page offers a one-hour call with Steven Pope for $950 and 30-minute calls with other members of the team from $150 to $400. Pope is also the author of the books Amazon Selling Tips and Advanced Amazon Selling Tips 2.0, both sold on Amazon.
The brand's revenue and client-results claims, such as "over $800 million" in Amazon sales generated for clients, appear on its own pages and have no independent confirmation. Interviews with Pope have run on The Proven Entrepreneur and Quiet Light podcasts. A search of ftc.gov on September 16, 2026 returned no action naming Steven Pope or My Amazon Guy. The Georgia corporate registry entry for the company, the number of students enrolled in its courses and the price of MAG School and the SOP Library could not be confirmed.
