Quantum Cipher · Trading · Online Education · United States
American trader and trading educator who runs the Quantum Cipher mentorship, an application-only swing trading program for crypto, forex, stocks and commodities, and co-founded the prop firm Hydra Funding.
Cameron Fous is an American trader who has sold trading education online since the mid-2000s. According to the Quantum Cipher sales page, he has been trading since 2005 and mentoring since 2006. A 2018 Entrepreneur contributor column says he studied business finance, left college in his senior year, began day trading while still a student, launched Fous4Trading.com after about three years of trading, and later moved from Oregon to San Diego before shifting to a travel-based lifestyle. His own funnel pages say he later moved to Asia. No public source for his age or year of birth was found.
His current education business is Quantum Cipher, operated by iknkfx inc under the name Quantum Cipher Lab. The site's terms, effective May 18, 2026, name that company and set Wyoming, USA, as the governing law. Earlier brands include Fous4Trading.com, which now shows only a relaunch sign-up notice, and IKNKFX, whose site promotes Krypton training for crypto and forex beginners. His YouTube channel description calls him co-founder of Hydra Funding, a prop firm that sells instant funded accounts for forex, crypto and futures. Hydra's own website does not name its founders.
He publishes mainly on YouTube, where the @cameronfous channel had 460K subscribers when checked on September 14, 2026. The channel describes a Bitcoin and crypto swing trading method that he says he trades one day per week, and it argues that day trading and ICT/SMC methods leave most traders losing. It links to the Quantum Cipher application and to Hydra Funding. An earlier interview show, The Profile, is listed as a podcast on Spotify for Creators.
Quantum Cipher is a mentorship, and applicants must apply to get in. The sales page lists a swing trading curriculum across crypto, forex, stocks and commodities, a set of position-sizing and stop-loss rules, weekly reports, live mentor calls twice a month, and a group of members. Applicants fill in a form, book a call with a "Student Success Manager" and have their trades audited. No price is published. The page promises that members become consistently profitable in 13 weeks or keep being coached. Its disclaimer says this commitment refers to support only, not to any trading result or prop-firm decision. The refund policy says sales are final by default, with a 7-day window for some flagship programs if less than 20% of the content has been used.
The sales page makes several claims that no independent source confirms: more than 5,000 traders helped, $3.16M in profit for a top student starting from $50K, and $237K that Fous says he took during a 2025 Bitcoin liquidation event. The same page states that most people who trade lose money and that the results shown are not typical.
On his public record: no individual named Cameron Fous appeared in FINRA BrokerCheck (the closest matches were other people with similar names), and SEC EDGAR full-text search returned no filings for "Cameron Fous" or "iknkfx", both checked on September 14, 2026. Quantum Cipher says it teaches and does not manage money or give personalized advice. A web search on the same date for his name and IKNKFX alongside FTC, CFTC and NFA found no enforcement action. His Wyoming company registration could not be checked in a public registry. Instagram and TikTok follower counts were not recorded because no officially linked account could be read reliably.

An American trader and trading educator. His Quantum Cipher page says he has traded since 2005 and mentored since 2006. He founded Fous4Trading.com and IKNKFX, now sells the Quantum Cipher mentorship through iknkfx inc, and his YouTube channel describes him as co-founder of the prop firm Hydra Funding.
The price is not published. Quantum Cipher is application-only: you fill in a form, book a call with a student success manager and have your trades reviewed before an offer is made. Prices quoted on third-party review sites for his older Fous4 courses are not official current prices.
According to its sales page (checked September 14, 2026): a swing trading curriculum for crypto, forex, stocks and commodities built around weekly planning and pre-placed orders, position-sizing and stop-loss rules, weekly reports, live mentor calls twice a month and a members' group.
What can be checked: his education business is run by iknkfx inc under Wyoming law, according to its own terms. No individual by his name appears in FINRA BrokerCheck, and SEC EDGAR full-text search shows no filings for his name or company, both checked on September 14, 2026. A web search that day found no FTC, CFTC or NFA action under his name. The student profit figures on his sales page have no independent source, and the page itself says results are not typical.
The only press found is a 2018 Entrepreneur contributor column about his move from a luxury lifestyle in San Diego to traveling. It covers his biography, not his courses.
