Trading mentors and educators in forex, crypto, stocks, futures and options: what they teach, in what format and at what published price.
Trading covers people who teach short-term trading in financial markets: forex, crypto, stocks, futures and options. What they sell usually falls into pre-recorded courses, live trading rooms, paid communities and one-on-one mentorships.
This is the category where it matters most to tell education apart from financial advice. Teaching someone how to trade requires no license; managing other people's money or giving personalized investment recommendations does. In the United States, FINRA's BrokerCheck and the NFA's BASIC database let you look up registered firms and individuals, and the SEC and CFTC publish investor alerts.
For each profile we record, when the information is public:
- Which programs they offer and how they are delivered.
- The published price and whether it is a one-time payment or a subscription.
- Their official channels and the date we checked the information.
