The same description presents him as a trader, real estate investor and father, and gives his age as 30 without a date, so no birth year can be derived from it. Older videos and interviews also cover car flipping and real estate investing, and several of them use the label "Arizona's youngest millionaire", a description that comes from his own material and is not backed by any independent source we located.

Arizona Corporation Commission records list Learn Plan Profit, LLC as a domestic LLC formed on September 14, 2017, with active status and Ricky Gutierrez as statutory agent. His YouTube channel also promotes TechBud Solutions, which it describes as a free investing group of more than 300,000 members; that figure is his own and was not verified.
He publishes mainly on YouTube (@RickyGutierrezz), where the channel showed 1.24 million subscribers and about 5,400 videos when read on September 14, 2026. The channel links to an Instagram account (@rickygutierrezz), a Discord server, a Webull referral link and the Learn Plan Profit website. His best-known format is a live trading session he streams at the market open, showing both winning and losing trades, according to his channel description.
What he sells is Learn Plan Profit 3.0 (LPP 3.0), a one-time-payment course sold through Teachable. The official site lists a regular price of $699 with lifetime access, 80+ lessons, daily live trading sessions, Discord community access, a risk calculator and lifetime updates; on September 14, 2026 it also showed a temporary discount code bringing the price to $400. The Teachable page for the previous version (Learn Plan Profit 2.0) lists the same $699 price, over 70 video tutorials and a private group chat, and states that no refunds are offered. An older A-Z Blueprint version of the course is shown as closed for enrollment. The site also offers a free live trading session with no card required. Claims on the sales pages, such as 5,000+ students, a 4.9/5 rating and a personal net worth above $3 million, are his own figures with no independent confirmation.
On reputation, what can be checked is limited. He has appeared as a guest on podcasts, including The Austin Zaback Show (episode of July 19, 2022) and the Disruptors Remarkable Influencers podcast. A FINRA BrokerCheck search for "Ricky Gutierrez" on September 14, 2026 returned no registered broker or adviser under that name, which is consistent with his offering education rather than licensed investment advice. A search of ftc.gov and sec.gov on the same date found no action or release naming Ricky Gutierrez, Learn Plan Profit or TechBud Solutions.
