Who is Roland Wolf?

Roland Wolf is a day trader focused on small-cap and listed penny stocks who teaches trading through his company, Wolf Trades LLC. Timothy Sykes's blog describes him as a former professional soccer player whose career ended with an ankle injury, and as a student of Sykes's Trading Challenge. According to that blog, he started trading in 2016 with an $800 account, joined the Trading Challenge in 2017 and reached $1 million in trading profits in 2020; a later Sykes article states that Sykes has hired Roland to assist in his education business. These figures come from Sykes's own promotional material and from Wolf's own site, which calls him a "verified 7-figure Nasdaq trader"; no independent audit of the numbers has been located. His year of birth and his country of residence were not found in an official source.

He publishes on YouTube (@RolandWolfTrades, about 26,400 subscribers read on September 14, 2026), where he streams live trading sessions, and on TikTok (@rolandwolftrades, 2,088 followers on the same date), both linked from wolftrades.com. He has been interviewed on podcasts including B The Trader (October 21, 2020) and The Trader's Journey, formerly the Investors Underground Podcast (December 15, 2023).

Wolf Trades sells two monthly memberships. Wolfpack, listed at $147 per month, includes a live chat room, daily live sessions, a weekly session called Trader Therapy, a trade journal and a replay library. Wolfpack Pro, listed at $247 per month, adds his full playbook of setups and software tools the site calls Wolf AI, Wolf Scanner, Backtest Lab and Edge Lab. Both are month-to-month with self-serve cancellation, according to the pricing page. The top tier, APEX, is a four-month mentorship for cohorts of ten traders, with direct access to Wolf and three years of Wolfpack Pro included; it is by application only, the site says Wolf calls each applicant, and no price is published. An older course, A Day Trading Guide, circulates on reseller sites, but no official sales page for it was found.

On reputation, the site's disclaimer says results are not typical and that Wolf Trades provides education, not financial advice. A search of ftc.gov, sec.gov and finra.org for his name on September 14, 2026 returned no enforcement action matching him; the name is shared with unrelated people who appear in SEC filings. No independent press coverage beyond podcast interviews and Timothy Sykes's own blog was located.
