Yoel Sardiñas

Yoel Sardiñas is a Cuban-born stock market investing educator based in Miami, Florida, where he runs Investep Academy, the brand under which he sells training on the New York Stock Exchange and options contracts. His own website describes him as an "investor, mentor and speaker," and he signs as the academy's CEO. In an interview with Telemundo 51 (Miami) published on October 31, 2025, by Arlena Amaro, he says he grew up in extreme poverty in Cuba and worked as a truck driver in the United States before turning to investing and education. We have not found his birth year or age in any public source: they do not appear on his official pages, in that interview, or in the Florida corporate registry. He also has no Wikipedia article of his own: a search for his name on Spanish-language Wikipedia, run on September 9, 2026, returned no entry about him.

The brand is registered as a corporation in Florida. In the Florida Division of Corporations registry (Sunbiz), checked on September 9, 2026, the following are listed as active: INVESTEP ACADEMY INC (document P23000059539), INVESTEP ACADEMY EVENTS CORP (P26000013144), INVESTEP ACADEMY PROGRAM CORP (P26000013145) and INVESTEP GROUP LLC (L26000191474). The website lists its address as Miami, FL 33166. The academy operates two domains: investepacademy.com, with the program catalog, and investeppro.com, a lead-generation page with a form and a preliminary call. He has also self-published books, including "El Secreto para Aprender a Invertir" and "Ganar 1 Millón al Año No Duele," which he sells through Amazon according to his own blog.

Where he publishes and his audience. His official channels are linked from the footer of investepacademy.com, which is how they were confirmed. On Instagram, @yoelsardinasoficial has 1,100,000 followers; on YouTube, @YoelSardinasOficial has 164,000 subscribers and about 1,700 videos; on TikTok, @yoelsardinas.oficial has 95,900 followers and 533 videos. There is also a second YouTube channel, @InvestepAcademyPro, with 254 subscribers and 14 videos, dedicated to the academy. All figures were read on September 9, 2026.

What he sells and how much it costs. The main product is four options trading education packages, with prices published at investepacademy.com/programas (checked on September 9, 2026): Paquete Bronce, $4,999; Paquete Silver, $8,299; Paquete Oro, $10,799; and Paquete Platino, $15,699. All four include an 18-day intensive online seminar, lifetime access to the platform, a private Telegram community and help from the support team, and they differ mainly in how long the live classes with Sardiñas last: one week in Bronce, three months in Silver, six months in Oro and one year in Platino. Oro and Platino also include Escalera al Millón, a 24-topic track split into basic, intermediate and advanced levels over three months. Listed as separate programs are Double Green, a two-month program focused on follow-up and accountability; Elite Circle, an in-person week for a small group; My Best Investment Year; and a psychotrading course taught by Sonia Vázquez. None of these four publishes a price on its page.

The purchase route through investeppro.com does not publish a price. That page asks for an email address and schedules a call, and says so explicitly (translated from Spanish): "On the call we will explain our process, the price, and assess whether this program is a good option for you right now." In other words, anyone coming in that way does not know the amount before talking to the sales team, even though the packages are published on the other domain.

What is on record about his reputation. The only press coverage we have been able to verify is the interview in the "Conversaciones" section of Telemundo 51 (Miami), published on October 31, 2025, and updated on November 10, 2025, by Arlena Amaro, focused on his life story and his books. Forbes México has published about him, but it is branded content: the article "Educación financiera con propósito: la apuesta de Investep Academy y Yoel Sardiñas" (August 6, 2025) sits under the outlet's advertising section URL, and Forbes México's own account shared it tagged #BrandVoice, so it is not counted as independent coverage. Press releases distributed by paid newswire services repeating the same text about the academy's expansion are not counted either. In the SEC's EDGAR full-text search, checked on September 9, 2026, no document mentions "Investep"; and in the Florida corporate registry the group's four companies are listed as active with no dissolution notice. We have found no public court ruling or administrative sanction in his name or his companies' names in those searches.

His own figures, attributed. The "Nosotros" (About) page on investepacademy.com claims "+35K students in the community," "+73 countries impacted" and "+130 team members," figures that appear on that same page alongside different ones ("+67 countries," "+100 team members") without explanation; the Forbes México branded content cited more than 14,000 students in 54 countries in August 2025. None of these figures has an independent source verifying them. His lead-generation page investeppro.com shows video testimonials labeled with specific financial results ("De $100 a más de 6 cifras," "Yanira: 10.4k en mi primer trade," "Alejandro: de 15k a 40k en 1 mes," "Jesús: de 10k a 100k"), and claims that he and "more than 50" of his students built wealth with his system. These are claims from his own sales material, not audited results. The same page includes a warning that trading options on margin carries significant risk and that you can lose more than your initial investment, and the disclaimer page on investepacademy.com states that its content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute personalized financial or investment advice.

What could not be confirmed. His age and birth year are not on record in any public source. There is no record of any academic degree or of any license or registration as an investment adviser: the brand does not appear in the EDGAR search cited above, and neither his website nor the Telemundo 51 interview mentions any regulatory credential. We have also been unable to independently verify the number of students, the countries reached or any of the financial results shown in his testimonials, because no source outside the academy reports them. Prices for Double Green, Elite Circle, My Best Investment Year and the psychotrading course are not published on their pages, checked on September 9, 2026. Third-party analyses on commercial blogs attribute specific return promises to him; since we have not found those promises in his own material, they are not included here.
