Who is Cassey Ho?

Cassey Ho is an American fitness instructor and YouTuber from Los Angeles, best known for Blogilates, her Pilates and home-workout channel. According to Wikipedia, she was born on January 16, 1987, and earned a biology degree from Whittier College in 2009. That same year she uploaded her first POP Pilates video, a mat Pilates format set to pop music that she had developed as a class for her students. Her own site lists teaching credentials in group fitness and mat and Reformer Pilates (ACE, NESTA, Balanced Body); these were not checked against the certifying bodies.

She is the founder, CEO and head designer of the activewear brand POPFLEX, which sells clothing rather than training and is not covered as a program on this page. The Body by Blogilates app is published on the App Store by oGorgeous Inc., the company name that also appears as a category on her blog. POP Pilates is additionally offered as an instructor certification: NBC News reported in July 2017 that it had been adopted by 24 Hour Fitness and that roughly 3,000 certified instructors were teaching it.

The Blogilates YouTube channel had 11.1 million subscribers and her TikTok account @blogilates had 3.7 million followers when read on September 14, 2026. Her website also links to Instagram, Facebook and Threads. Most of her workout videos are free on YouTube.

The paid training she sells today is the Body by Blogilates app. The app is free to download and includes a workout video library; the monthly calendar, programs, challenges and journeys require a subscription. The App Store lists four in-app purchases: a monthly subscription at $3.99, an All-Access monthly subscription at $6.99, a yearly subscription at $39.99 and a Journey yearly subscription at $69.99, with a 7-day free trial. She is also the author of Cassey Ho's Hot Body Year-Round (Harmony, April 2015), a 256-page guide with bodyweight exercises, workout routines and seasonal meal plans, listed by Penguin Random House at $18.00 in paperback. Her site still links to a program called My 90 Day Journey, but its website, the90dayjourney.com, showed an under-construction page on September 14, 2026.

On reputation, Wikipedia records a Shorty Award in 2013 and her inclusion in TIME's 2017 list of the most influential people on the internet. A site-restricted search of ftc.gov for her name, Blogilates and oGorgeous on September 14, 2026 returned no enforcement action. Mentor Explorer could not confirm whether the POP Pilates instructor certification is currently open for enrollment or at what price.
