Albanian-born, US-based fitness trainer who sells the WeRise subscription app, with strength, Pilates and nutrition programs and her Fit for Life course.
Senada Greca is a fitness trainer and social media creator who grew up in Albania and moved to the United States as a teenager, according to the South China Morning Post (Ishani Sarkar, November 22, 2024) and a 2021 interview on the blog of supplement brand Women's Best. In that interview she said she worked in finance in New York while completing an MBA and later in the medical industry before turning to fitness full time; the Habits and Hustle podcast (episode 467, July 15, 2025) describes her previous job as pharmaceutical sales. The South China Morning Post names Kim Kardashian, Miranda Kerr, Selena Gomez and Bebe Rexha among the people she has trained, and refers to her approach as the Senada Method. Her age and year of birth were not found in the sources reviewed.
Her current paid product is WeRise, a subscription app for iOS, Android and web. The WeRise terms and conditions name the operator as We Rise App Inc, with an address in Dover, Delaware, and the App Store lists the seller as Aflete Ltd. Before WeRise she sold an app called Crush It by Senada Greca, which she described in the 2021 Women's Best interview.
She publishes on Instagram as @senada.greca (about 7 million followers as shown on the public profile), on YouTube as @SenadaGrecaOfficial (1.61 million subscribers and 434 videos) and on TikTok as @senada.greca (2.6 million followers), all read on September 14, 2026. The WeRise website links to her Instagram and YouTube accounts. In the 2021 Women's Best interview she had 3.2 million Instagram followers.
According to the WeRise website, a membership includes more than 1,000 workouts (gym, home, Pilates, HIIT and yoga), programs such as Full Body Sculpt (12 weeks), Lower Body Sculpt (6 weeks) and 30min Dumbbell Sculpt (6 weeks), meal plans and recipes, cycle syncing, and courses on mindset and nutrition, including her Fit for Life course (17 lessons, about 2.5 hours, described as a resilience and habit-building blueprint). Some programs are led by other instructors, including Dea Di Carlo (yoga), BB Arrington (pre and postnatal), Lydie Gougaud and Corrina Dunne (Pilates). On September 14, 2026 the website listed $26.99 per month, $53.99 per quarter, $179.99 per year and $499 for lifetime access, each with a 7-day free trial; the App Store listed in-app purchases of $29.99 (1 month), $59.99 (3 months), $99.99 (6 months) and $199.99 (12 months). The website mentions a 7-day money-back guarantee, while the terms and conditions state that purchases are non-refundable once the app is available to the user; the two texts do not match. She also offers a free PDF guide on the WeRise site.
On reputation: the coverage located is profile and interview material (South China Morning Post, Habits and Hustle, Women's Best), none of it investigative. A search of the FTC cases and proceedings database and a web search for lawsuits under her name, both on September 14, 2026, returned no action naming her or WeRise. The Delaware registration of We Rise App Inc could not be checked (OpenCorporates required a CAPTCHA), and the number of paying users of WeRise is not published.
