Who is Nick Bare?

Nick Bare is an American entrepreneur, hybrid athlete and former US Army infantry officer. He founded Bare Performance Nutrition (BPN), a sports supplement brand, in 2012 while studying nutrition at Indiana University of Pennsylvania on an Army ROTC scholarship, starting it with a $20,000 loan, according to his own website and a Fox Business article by Angelica Stabile published on September 14, 2022. His website states that he was commissioned as an infantry officer in 2013, completed Ranger School and Airborne School, served as a platoon leader at Fort Hood, Texas, and left active duty in 2017 to run the company full time.

According to his website, BPN is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, and reported $40 million in revenue in 2022; Fox Business reported the same figure in 2022. These revenue numbers come from Bare and his company and were not checked against independent financial filings. "Go One More" is the company tagline, which his website says was trademarked in 2019.

He publishes on YouTube (Nick Bare, @nickbarefitness, about 1.52 million subscribers read on September 14, 2026), TikTok (@nickbare_fitness, 290,800 followers on the same date) and Instagram (@nickbarefitness, follower count not read). He also hosts The Nick Bare Podcast, available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and its own YouTube channel. His videos document training that combines strength work with running; his site lists triathlons, marathons, 100-mile ultramarathons, bodybuilding shows and HYROX among the events he has done.

His paid training offer is the Go One More App, run on the Playbook platform. Its sales page lists weekly hybrid strength and endurance programming (G1M Daily), resistance, running and mobility workouts, an eight-lesson Nutrition 101 course, and Q&As and a community with Bare. Prices listed on September 14, 2026: $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year, with a $1 first month promotion. Earlier programs such as Hybrid Athlete 2.0 and 3.0 were sold through the same platform. He has written two books: 25 Hours a Day, about building BPN while on active duty, and Go One More: Find the Clarity to Make Intentional, Life-Changing Choices, published by BenBella Books in June 2025. The publisher's page describes it as a New York Times and Publishers Weekly bestseller.

As for his public record, there is interview coverage in Fox Business (2022) and on podcasts such as Young and Profiting. A web search restricted to ftc.gov on September 14, 2026 returned no pages mentioning Nick Bare or Bare Performance Nutrition. The Texas business registry and OpenCorporates could not be read for this profile, so BPN's corporate details are unconfirmed. His date of birth has not been confirmed in a reliable source.
