Anthony ONeal

Anthony O'Neal is an American personal finance author, speaker and YouTube host. He worked at Ramsey Solutions, Dave Ramsey's company, as one of its on-air personalities and left in 2021; Entrepreneur (Sherin Shibu, August 20, 2026) puts his time there at seven years and describes the departure as amicable, while in a Young and Profiting podcast interview he spoke of about six years and said he left to speak more directly to the African American and minority community. In that same interview he mentions growing up in Oceanside, California. According to Entrepreneur, he holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Virginia Union University, where his book site says he teaches as an adjunct professor, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Regent University.

His website is run by AO Enterprise, LLC, according to its terms and conditions. He groups his podcasts and shows under the name The Neatness Network (The Table, The Couch, Tech Is The New Black and others).

His main channel, The Table With AO (@anthonyoneal), showed 1.12 million subscribers and about 2,700 videos when read on September 14, 2026. His website also links to Instagram (anthonyoneal), TikTok (@_anthonyoneal), X and Facebook; those follower counts were not recorded.

What he sells: three books, a creator membership and a coaching program. Debt-Free Degree (Ramsey Press, 2019) covers paying for college without student loans. Take Your Seat at the Table (Nelson Books, 2025) and Stop Living Paycheck to Paycheck (Nelson Books, released August 25, 2026) are self-help and money books. Impact Creator Society is a membership for people who want to build a YouTube channel and personal brand. It includes a self-paced four-part course, a monthly live session, a monthly studio session and an online community, and costs $597 a year or $67 a month according to its sales page. The Entrepreneurs Blueprint ELITE is a 12-week program that adds six VIP coaching sessions, brand and content support, help setting up an LLC through a partner law firm and a one-day mastermind in Washington, DC. Its page lists a total of $9,997 with an $800 deposit and requires an application. A relationship-and-life course for singles, The Single's Blueprint, currently shows only a waitlist and no enrollment price. Free material includes calculators, budgeting guides and a 21-day email challenge.

The results on the Impact Creator Society page (members' total views, subscribers and channels launched) and the 'value' figures attached to each offer are the seller's own claims; no independent source confirms them. His book site describes him as a '#1 national bestselling author' and cites a Black Enterprise Top 40 Under 40 listing (2023), also self-reported here.
