Kris Gethin is a Welsh-born fitness coach, natural bodybuilder and endurance athlete known for his daily transformation video trainers. According to Bodybuilding.com, he grew up in Wales, took up weight training while recovering from a teenage motocross back injury, later competed as a natural bodybuilder and coached film actors in Hollywood and Bollywood. He was editor-in-chief of Bodybuilding.com, and his own site describes him as the founder of the DTP (Dramatic Transformation Principle) training method. In 2017 he completed IRONMAN Coeur d'Alene, the project behind his book Man of Iron. His website says he has been voted the number one transformation coach by PT Academy, Trainerize and Bodybuilding.com; no independent record of those awards was checked.
For nearly a decade he was the co-founder and public face of the supplement brand Kaged Muscle. The split was announced on March 22, 2023; he said he would only put his name to things he truly believed in, and Kaged said its product standards would not change (Stack3d and PricePlow, March 2023). In June 2024 he launched Unmatched Supplements with Doug Miller. He is also co-founder, with CEO Jag Chima, of Kris Gethin Gyms, a premium gym brand in India that lists eight centers on its website. His coaching site also names NovaPrime Labs and BiohackedAF as ventures he co-founded. The supplement and gym businesses are not training products and are listed here only as context.

His paid training is sold through two sites. On krisgethin.com (Kris Gethin Coaching) he offers private online coaching by application: VIP Standard starts at $6,900 a year and includes a custom program, weekly check-ins with Kris and messaging support; VIP+ starts at $24,000 a year and adds weekday WhatsApp access, daily check-ins, monthly Zoom calls and a testing package (DNA, GlycanAge biological age and blood work). A 30-minute private video call costs $500 and a testing package $1,800 as an add-on. Applicants book a discovery call with his team, and the page says each application is reviewed individually. Separately, krisgethinlegacy.com, a Kajabi site he promoted on Instagram in 2023, sells the Legacy 12 Week Video Trainer for $257, a follow-along fat loss program with more than 60 workout videos, nutrition and macro tools and a Discord community. His coaching page also lists a 60-minute video call without a published price. A Fitphase coaching page under his name showed no packages available when checked.
On reputation: coverage located about him is mostly industry press (Stack3d, PricePlow) and podcast interviews, not investigative reporting. No FTC action was found under his name in a search of ftc.gov on September 14, 2026. The client numbers and transformation results on his websites are his own claims and have not been checked against an independent source. His exact age and current city of residence were not confirmed in a primary source; older professional profiles place him in Boise, Idaho, during his Bodybuilding.com and Kaged years.
