Hany Rambod is a bodybuilding and physique coach nicknamed "The Pro Creator." He created FST-7 (Fascia Stretch Training 7), a training style whose "7" refers to seven finishing sets on the last exercise for a muscle group. According to his website, he holds a bachelor's degree in biology with an emphasis on neurophysiology, and the Evogen Nutrition website names the University of California, Santa Barbara as the school.
He founded the supplement company Evogen Nutrition in 2008, according to the company's own history post, and serves as its CEO. The company lists its address in Irving, Texas.
He publishes on the YouTube channel @hanyrambod_FST7, which showed 1.18 million subscribers and about 2,100 videos when read on September 14, 2026, and hosts the podcast "The Truth with Hany Rambod," available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
He sells two paid offers. The FST-7 app, operated by Plankk Media Inc., includes nine eight-week training programs, nutrition plans with recipes, guided exercise videos and a community. It is priced at $24.99 a month or $199.99 a year on the US App Store, with a 14-day free trial advertised on his website. The Truth System is a coaching program with two tiers, Elite and Premier: both include one-on-one coaching with a certified coach, a custom workout program, customized nutrition, supplementation guidance and weekly check-ins, and Premier adds monthly calls with Hany Rambod himself. According to his website, athletes he coached have won 25 Olympia titles; the Evogen page gives 24. BarBend, in a November 16, 2024 article by Jake Dickson, lists clients including Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Derek Lunsford and Chris Bumstead, and reported that Rambod announced his retirement from professional physique coaching on November 15, 2024. His app and The Truth System remained on sale when his website was checked in September 2026. A BarBend explainer on FST-7 notes that there are no widely available studies on the FST-7 approach specifically.
A search of the FTC website could not be completed on September 14, 2026, so the absence of FTC action under his name is not confirmed.
