Jordan Syatt is an American strength and nutrition coach and the founder of Syatt Fitness, an online coaching business he says he started in 2011 from his dorm room at the University of Delaware. In a post on his own site dated May 8, 2012, he gave his birth date as May 8, 1991, and described growing up in a small town about 45 minutes outside Boston, Massachusetts. His website lists a Bachelor of Science in Health & Behavior Science, Precision Nutrition and Westside Barbell coaching certifications, and "5x World Record Powerlifter"; those records and the credentials are self-reported, and this profile did not locate the federation or meet results behind them. His site and several podcast interviews also describe him as the personal strength and nutrition coach of entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk, who wrote the foreword to his book.
Massachusetts corporate records, as shown on OpenCorporates, list Syatt Fitness L.L.C., organized on August 5, 2014 with Jordan Ross Syatt as manager, and dissolved by court order on June 30, 2018. The legal entity that currently operates his websites is not stated on the pages reviewed.
He publishes mainly on Instagram (@syattfitness, shown as 1M followers on September 14, 2026) and YouTube (@jordansyatt, 248K subscribers and about 1.7K videos on the same date). He hosts The Jordan Syatt Podcast, which listed 484 episodes on Apple Podcasts in September 2026, and co-hosted How To Become A Personal Trainer with Mike Vacanti; that show ended with a final episode titled "Goodbye, Podcast World" on July 28, which directed listeners to their mentorship.
His main consumer product is the SF Inner Circle, an online group membership run with coach Susan Niebergall. According to sfinnercircle.com, it includes monthly strength, mobility and cardio programs, calorie and macro recommendations and a tracker, an exercise video library, video courses, two weekly live Q&A calls, two monthly calls with a psychologist, and a members-only Facebook group; the page states it is not one-on-one coaching. The store lists it at $74.97 every three months or $297 per year, with a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time members. An older sales page on syattfitness.com still shows $49.99 per month; the membership product linked from the current site offers only the quarterly and yearly plans, and a separate gift membership is sold in monthly, quarterly and yearly versions.
For fitness professionals, he and Mike Vacanti run The Online Fitness Business Mentorship. Its site describes courses (including an Instagram growth course by Syatt), two monthly 90-minute live Q&As, a private Facebook group and lifetime access to lessons. Entry is through an application form that was active in September 2026; no price is published. His older syattfitness.com pages also mention one-on-one coaching through a contact form, without a price or a stated availability. He co-wrote the book Eat It! with Mike Vacanti, published by Harper Business.
As to reputation, the checkable record is limited. Claims about clients coached, world records and media features (CNN, Business Insider, Men's Health, among others) come from his own sites and publisher materials; this profile did not verify them against the original articles. A web search restricted to ftc.gov for "Syatt" returned no enforcement action on September 14, 2026, and a general search for lawsuits or controversies under his name returned nothing relating to him. No independent press investigation about his programs was found.
