Neville Medhora is an American copywriter and marketer who runs Copywriting Course, an online copywriting program originally named Kopywriting Kourse and still sold under both names. According to his personal blog, NevBlog, he was born in Houston, Texas, in 1982, attended Langham Creek High School and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006 with degrees in Political Science and Business; the same page lists Austin as his main location.
Before teaching copywriting he ran House of Rave, an online rave-gear retailer he started in college. In an October 2011 Mixergy interview with Andrew Warner he described it as a dropshipping business and said he was then writing nearly every email for AppSumo, the software-deals company founded by Noah Kagan. On the Creator Science podcast (host Jay Clouse, December 6, 2022) he said he sold House of Rave in 2011 and founded Kopywriting Kourse in 2012, and that the course brought in more than $2 million in sales within two years of launch. Those dates do not fully match the 2011 Mixergy interview, which already discusses the course as a best-seller on AppSumo. The revenue figure is his own statement; no independent source confirms it. His About page also lists advisory or past involvement with AppSumo, Sumo, The Hustle, Pink Java Media and RealSavvy, and he runs SwipeFile.com, a collection of marketing examples.
He publishes on YouTube, X (@NevMed), Instagram and a weekly newsletter. His main YouTube channel, Kopywriting Kourse (youtube.com/kopywriting), showed 140,000 subscribers and about 1,400 videos when checked on September 13, 2026. A second channel of short clips, now named Swipe File, showed 1,860 subscribers. The About page of Copywriting Course says the site has a signed-up audience of more than 102,000 people; that is a self-reported figure.
Copywriting Course is sold as a subscription. It includes a library of video courses (the site describes 12 courses, with 156 long-form and 128 short videos), a forum where members post copy for review by Neville and other writers, and weekly live Office Hours on Zoom with Neville, with replays available. On September 13, 2026 the official join page listed $97 per month or $750 for the first year with renewal at $365 per year. The page describes a satisfaction guarantee conditional on attending Office Hours and using the review forum, without fixed terms. Separately, his consulting page offers a one-hour private session for $750, on-site team training for $12,000 per day plus travel, and a done-for-you copywriting package for $30,000.
He is also the self-published author of two books sold on Amazon: This Book Will Teach You How To Write Better (August 2013), a short writing guide, and You're Gonna Die: A framework for happiness (May 2020).
On reputation, the available record consists of long-form interviews and podcasts (Mixergy, Creator Science, Leveling Up and others) in which he describes his own work. We did not find independent investigative press coverage about him. A search of ftc.gov for "Medhora" on September 13, 2026 returned no enforcement action under his name. The OpenCorporates company search could not be completed, so the legal entity behind Copywriting Course has not been confirmed. The student results and return-on-investment percentages shown on his sales pages come from his own marketing and have not been independently verified.
